ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Tina

WHERE I COME FROM
Tina Ayala was born into a Hispanic, low-income family and grew up in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She earned a bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Take it from Tina: "I have firsthand experience with financial challenges. Despite personal hardships, including my mother's health struggles, my hard work and resilience led me to become the first in my family to earn a college degree. I even worked two jobs to pay off my student loans."
A THRIVING CAREER
Ayala has a professional background in the mortgage industry as a senior loan processor, underwriter, operations manager, marketing manager, and licensed realtor. Her career experience includes working as an independent contractor.
Take it from Tina: "Throughout my career, I have worked for local small businesses, including startup companies. Local businesses play such an important role in our communities, and I have always loved being a part of their growth and success. Additionally, I became a self-employed independent contractor when I began my career as a licensed Realtor."
MISSION STATEMENT
What I Believe
I deeply believe in freedom, limited government, and fiscal responsibility. I will advocate for policies that stimulate economic growth, support local businesses, and help people keep more of their hard-earned money.
We must strengthen our state government so that our freedoms return to what our founding fathers originally intended.
